2019 Subaru BRZ Turbo comes as a new version of already known and released model that obviously buyers demanded in past year. When the second generation of Subaru BRZ came to the market, people were thrilled with its STI version that included turbo engine and slightly changed design of the car. Somewhere at that time, rumors started with extremely important news – that Turbo version of the vehicle is possible and almost here. Even though those rumors have not been confirmed yet, they have not denied either, so we have reasons to believe that they are possible
2019 Subaru BRZ Turbo looked sporty and improved on photos we had, maybe like one of the trims that follow the base model. That means that base model has some additions in order to make this model even sportier. That includes recognizable mesh grille with a metallic line across it and additions on the bottom so the car lies on the ground. The rear end has needed a spoiler on the trunk door and wide tires and wheels.
Although the manufacturer exactly knew what he wants to offer with 2019 Subaru BRZ Turbo, it seems that they still have not resolved the type of the engine, actually the most important thing in this car. There are optional two versions of the model. First should be a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo with 280 horsepower of strength, while the second one is 2.5-liter turbocharged with 300 horsepower. It sounds weird, but according to some journalists, the main problem with the engine is the small capacity of the car and lack of space for the proper engine under the hood.
Release Date and Price
Even though the main model is already on the market, the version of it, a 2019 Subaru BRZ Turbo should be finished by the end of the year, but the final releasing date is not known yet. The price should be around $35,000 which could be higher with all equipment that model offers. Among competitors are sports cars like Toyota GT-86 Convertible, Alfa Romeo Giulia, and Mazda RX-9 .
